REGISTRATIONS 

NBRUC 2023 registrations are now closed.

What is included in my registration?

 

Full Delegate and Full Time Student Registration includes:

​

  • Welcome reception (Tuesday, 22 August).

  • Entry to all technical presentations.

  • Lunch, morning and afternoon tea.

  • Conference dinner (Wednesday, 23 August).

  • After Party (Thursday, 24 August)

  • Conference satchel.

​

Day Delegate registration includes:

​

  • Entry to all technical presentations for the day registered.

  • Lunch, morning and afternoon tea for the day registered.

  • Note:  Day delegates can purchase tickets to social functions.

​

Field trips:

 

  • Full and half day field trip options available soon.

 

 

Q. When do Earlybird registrations close?

 

Early bird registrations have been extended to Friday, 21 July 2023.  EFT payments must be received by 21 July 2023 to qualify for the earlybird rate.  Standard rates apply from Saturday, 22 July 2023.

Q.  When do online conference registrations close?

​

Monday, 7 August 2023.  The close off date is required so organisers can finalise conference arrangements e.g. catering, printing, buses.

​

Q:  What if I want to make changes to my registration details?

Q.  What is the criteria for the Full Time Student registration?

 

Only full time students are eligible.  After registering students must email their institution name, supervisors name and a contact phone or email address to jackie@jackiekyte.com.au.  Evidence may be validated before a student registration is confirmed.

​

 

Q.  I am bringing a guest to the conference dinner and/or welcome reception.  How do I purchase a ticket?

​

Purchase extra tickets in the “social tickets section” of the online registration process.

​

 

Q.  How do I pay for my guest’s social ticket on a different credit card to my registration?

​

After your registration is complete, register again and completing only the social ticket/s section for your guest.  Pay using your second credit card.  Separate tax invoices will be emailed to you.  Your guest registration will be linked to your registration.  If in doubt, contact Jackie Kyte – jackie@jackiekyte.com.au

Q:  What if I register, then must cancel?

​

Notice of registration cancellations must be emailed to Jackie Kyte.  Cancellations received before Monday 7 August 2023 will be refunded less an administration charge of AUD$100.00.  Cancellations from Tuesday 8 August 2023 will not be refunded unless exceptional circumstances apply.  Each refund request will be considered on its merits.  Registrations can be transferred to a substitute delegate without penalty.  A delegate who cancels their registration is responsible for cancelling their accommodation and travel bookings.

​Q: What are the options if a refund is required?

​

A Refund Notice documents registration changes and any refund amount due. Refund payment options are:

1) EFT [if delegate lives in Australia] – no fee payable,

2) International bank transfer (if delegate lives outside Australia – bank fees payable by delegate.)
